What is Sendle’s 250g tracked delivery service?
We have partnered with Sendle to create a low-cost tracked delivery service for lightweight items under 250g. To be eligible, you need to be in a Sendle 250g eligible suburb and have a physical “dispatch address” (not PO Box). Send tracked for just $4.48 (same city) and $5.63 (national).

If you have not printed a postage label through eBay before you can try Sendle for free on eBay. Sendle eligible sellers only, T&Cs apply.
Free pickups for business sellers
Business sellers of lightweight items who send over 150 parcels monthly per pickup location, will be eligible for Sendle 250g pickup service at no extra cost.
If you have never used a pickup service on eBay, prior to the label purchase(s) you will confirm a day for a Sendle driver to collect your parcels from your dispatch address. Even if you purchase your labels separately the parcels will be picked up together, each day between 8am and 6pm.
If you use Sendle regularly, please be aware that deliveries will be made by a different Sendle delivery driver for this 250g service.

Is there cover for loss or damage?
Sendle’s 250g service includes up to $100 insurance cover for lost or damaged parcels, as well as label cost.
As this is a tracked service, any ‘item not received’ (INR) requests you receive on eBay will be resolved automatically. We’ll absorb the cost of the refund without a defect on your account.
Please note, under the eBay Money Back Guarantee policy, sellers are required to provide signature confirmation to prove successful on-time delivery on items costing $750 or more in order to be protected against ‘Item not received’ claims from buyers.

Yes! The benefits of printing your postage labels through eBay is that tracking is uploaded automatically to Seller Hub, for a better buyer experience.
Can I get ‘signature on delivery’?
This service does not offer Signature On Delivery. All parcels using this service will be delivered with Authority To Leave. Please note, under the eBay Money Back Guarantee policy, sellers are required to provide signature confirmation to prove successful on-time delivery on items costing $750 or more in order to be protected against ‘Item not received’ claims from buyers.

Same City: 1-3 business days.

What packaging can I use?
You can use your own packaging as long as the total parcel weight is less than 250g. It is recommended not to use Australia Post or any other branded satchels to prevent any confusion at the courier’s depot.
Are there any redelivery or return-to-sender fees?
The service does not require a signature upon delivery and is Authority To Leave only. If a redelivery or return-to-sender is required, the following fees apply:
Redelivery: Postage Cost + $2.20 incl. GST admin fee
Return to Sender Fee: $3.85 incl. GST per parcel for Same City & National, $13.20 incl. GST per parcel for Remote
Sendle 250g Pickup FAQs (business sellers only)
When are the pickup windows?
The pickups will arrive at your dispatch address between 8am and 6pm on the date that you booked upon label purchase.
If my monthly pickups are less than 150 items, will I be charged?
We will be monitoring the monthly usage of the 250g service by pickup location. For any pickup locations that fall below this threshold we may remove the eligibility of the service to the linked eBay accounts.
I can’t see the 250g pickup service, but I should be eligible?
We update the eligibility list weekly so if you cannot see the service appear on the eBay Label Platform a week after you hit the threshold to be eligible, we recommend you get in touch with your account manager, otherwise contact us
How does the minimum threshold work?
The minimum threshold is now 150 Sendle 250g parcels monthly per pickup location. This will benefit those who have multiple eBay selling accounts from the same address.
If my monthly pickups are less than 150 items, will I be charged?
