Selling Manager is a free tool developed to help medium-volume sellers run their eBay businesses. 

Selling Manager Pro is a paid monthly subscription that includes additional features, and is more suitable for high-volume sellers.

To subscribe, go to My Account > Subscriptions, scroll down to eBay Selling Manager or Selling Manager Pro, and select Subscribe. Select the tool you’re interested in, and choose Continue. Once you’ve read and agreed to our terms, select Subscribe

Selling Manager Pro

Subscribing to Selling Manager Pro, gives you all the functionality of Selling Manager, plus additional reporting, inventory management, and automation features in your Seller Hub.

You can get Selling Manager Pro for $10.95 per month (including GST).

With Selling Manager Pro, you can: 

  • Manage products, track inventory, and store listing templates
  • View and download reports of your sales activities 
  • Automatically schedule listings and relist sold items.

Selling Manager

If you’re a business seller, you manage your business with the Seller Hub, which already includes Selling Manager features.

If you’re a private seller, and you choose to use the Selling section of My eBay, signing up for Selling Manager will replace your standard features. You’ll be able to:

  • Create listings in bulk, or individually. 
  • See all your eBay listings (scheduled, active, sold, and unsold) in different ‘views’ 
  • Perform post-sales tasks in bulk, like leaving feedback, sending emails to buyers, and printing postage labels.
  • View archived records of your listing and sales activity. 
  • Use the advanced search to fine tune search queries for active listings, and easily find which listings you need to update.

Selling Manager Functionalities

Quick Edit Pane 

Edit your listings faster with the Quick Edit Pane, using our bulk listing tool. You can maximise or hide the edit pane by clicking the icons at the top right corner of your screen.

Note: The listing that appears in the Quick edit pane is always associated with the highlighted row in the table. Select a different row to view and edit the fields for each listing.

Create Copies

If you sell similar items or variations, you can copy existing listings and edit where necessary. 

  1. In Selling Manager (Pro), select the Active, Sold, or Unsold view.
  2. Select the listing(s) to copy, and click Sell Similar to open the listing tool with draft copies of the listing(s) selected 
  3. Create additional copies by selecting the listing you just created and clicking Create a Copy, then enter the number of additional copies. 
  4. Make edits or updates: 
    • Directly in the table - click the field you want to edit, and start typing 
    • In bulk - select Edit Fields from the drop-down menu, choose the group, then select to edit the field in bulk, or one listing at a time. When you’ve made your changes, Save and close. 
    • Using the Quick Edit pane - edit values like title, category, condition, item description, and item specifics. 

When you've finished, click Submit All to list or Save and continue later if you're not ready for your listings to be live.

Customise Columns

Select and order columns in the bulk listing tool - find the Customise Columns link in the top right corner of the bulk listing tool.

Export to File

Access the export tool from the Action drop-down in your bulk listing tool. Use the checkbox column on the left to select listings and then click Export to File.

Draft Listings

Draft listings allow you to save a listing to complete later. To access your saved drafts, go to Selling Manager (Pro) in My eBay and click Drafts.
