Setting up an automatic payment method will ensure your fees are paid on time and you won’t have to worry about remembering to pay. Choose from the following payment methods:
Your fees will be deducted from your PayPal account no sooner than 10 days after you receive your invoice.
Your credit card is usually charged five to seven days after you receive your invoice.
Your seller fees will be deducted from your bank account on the same day each month.
You can change your automatic payment method at any time in My eBay.
Pay your fees on time to avoid disruption to your account. Non-payment could result in suspension of your account and associated collection costs.
If your automatic payment method doesn’t go through, or you want to prevent a payment from being taken, you can make a one-off payment by PayPal, direct debit, credit card, or debit card.
If you have funds directly available in your PayPal account, your payment will be posted to your eBay account within minutes. If you fund your PayPal account through your bank account, it may take several days for your eBay account to reflect the payment.
You can make a payment using any valid credit card – it doesn't have be the same credit card that you have on file for automatic payments.
You can make a one-time payment using your bank account, even if you haven't set this up as your automatic payment method. Your payment will be posted to your account within two business days.
Check the status of a payment by clicking ‘Payments and refunds’ in the Account section of My eBay.
