We recently launched Seller Help on the Help Hub, a new self-service tool. The personalised experience helps you manage your eBay selling in one place so you can:

  • Track and manage return and 'item not received' requests, cases and refunds 
  • See recent policy violation notifications and get help resolving them
  • Get assistance with Feedback and defects and report issues with a buyer 

It’s available across both desktop and mobile if you have sold in the last 120 days so ensure you bookmark it to quickly and easily manage your account health.
