Terapeak Enhancements in Seller Hub

Terapeak is available to all sellers with an eBay Store subscription on eBay.com.au. We’re adding more features to Terapeak in Seller Hub, to provide you with additional insights into your business and the market.

Key Dates

Starting Now:

  • New features launched for Terapeak in Seller Hub

Starting early March 2020, we’ll give you further insights including:

  • Unsold listing indexing and sell-through rate
  • Aggregate metrics for active listings 
  • Listing report for active listings 

Starting 31 March 2020:

  • Terapeak functionalities only available from the Seller Hub Research Tab

Starting April 2020:

  • Data visualisations for active listings, including price and category distribution

Retirement of Standalone Terapeak Website

Starting 31 March, you can only access Terapeak functionalities from the Seller Hub Research tab. 

New Features Added to Terapeak in Seller Hub

You’ll have access to Terapeak information in real time on Seller Hub, so you can manage your business in one place.

New Features Include

  • Category Selector – narrow your search by category and view transactions that occur in a specific eBay category
  • Type-Ahead Component – recommended keyword and category suggestions, based on the most frequent searches
  • Data Visualisation for Item Sold, Price Over Time – spot and analyse trends over time for items sold and their prices
  • Data Visualisation for Market Share – easily identify your top competitors’ market share and calculate average item prices

We’ll continue to roll out additional Terapeak features so you can gain access to even more powerful data and insights to help grow your business. There are advantages to using Terapeak within Seller Hub, including: 

  • Up-to-Date Data – Seller Hub data is real-time, so you can see all sales up to the present time.
  • Run Your Business all in one Place – You don’t need to use different tools to carry out market research tasks like insights, analysis and visualisations. You have access to this all in one tool.
  • More Powerful Searches – Expansion of search capabilities beyond title keywords to include item specifics.
