• The eBay Virtual Tracking Number (eVTN) captures accurate and detailed tracking information on orders sent via Australia Post 
• You can buy and print postage on eBay with Sendle

Accurate tracking is key to creating a great post-transaction experience for buyers, by providing more visibility over their parcel’s journey. This is why it’s essential you accurately upload tracking for your orders.

If you’re using Australia Post* and have difficulty uploading tracking, eVTN can still help you meet your buyer’s and eBay’s tracking expectations. We added a unique code to the first line of your buyer’s delivery address. It captures accurate and detailed tracking information for your orders and uploads it to eBay for you, making it visible to your buyers. 

Please don’t remove or interfere with the code on your orders. It won’t affect the accuracy of the address or delivery of your parcels. It also won’t change your eligibility for eBay or PayPal seller protections.

*This code only works for Australia Post parcels where you paid for the label online and printed it off. If you're paying for postage in store or sending with letters be sure to continue uploading tracking to eBay.

As announced in the 2019 Spring Seller Update, you can now also create and print postage labels in bulk on eBay. This means you can purchase Sendle postage for multiple items through Seller Hub, and print all your labels at once.
