eBay Shipping Portal for Multi-channel Fulfilment
Our new multi-channel eBay Shipping Portal helps you streamline your online order fulfilment and have access to eBay's discounted postage rates*. You can now pay for your postage and print your postage labels for your eBay and Shopify orders in one place on eBay.
How it Works
- Log in to your eBay account via the eBay Shipping Portal
- Go to the Channels tab and sync your Shopify store
- Sync orders in the Orders tab to view your most recent orders from all channels
In the Orders tab, you can either buy postage labels in bulk or print labels individually. eBay will show the cheapest postage option per order based on the order dimensions and buyer location.
*eBay’s labels platform offers postage prices lower than standard rates, except for Australia Post Rural rates. For full pricing details, visit the Australia Post website.Creating postage labels on eBay
- Weight and dimensions for your eBay orders are reflected automatically. You may have to input these manually for other channels
- eBay will show the cheapest postage option per order based on the order dimensions and buyer location
- Select Continue and then Commit to buy to purchase the label(s)
- You can print and/or download labels
Discounted postage labels for high volume sellers
New pricing will soon be available for sellers who print a large number of postage labels through the eBay postage labels platform as we will be providing a further discount to our negotiated rates with Sendle on eBay. This will allow you to save even more when buying and printing postage labels on eBay.

How it works:
To qualify for discounted rates with Sendle on eBay, you must meet at least one of the following criteria over an 8-week period*:
- 160 eBay postage labels printed, or
- 160 eBay transactions for eBay Plus sellers, or
- 300 eBay transactions
Once you qualify, you'll see the discounted rates for Sendle delivery options when buying and printing postage on eBay*.
Keep an eye out on your inbox for an email letting you know when this offer has launched.
*Criteria must be maintained on a rolling 8 week basis to continue receiving the discounted rates.
