By meeting specific postage and return service requirements, eBay Top Rated Sellers can qualify their listings for eBay Premium Service. eBay Premium Service listings are highlighted with a prominent badge displayed both on the listing and within search results.

Step 1. Become a Top Rated Seller

--Description Start--
  • Hold an eBay account for at least 90 days
  • Have a transaction defect rate no higher than 0.5% (No more than 3 defects)*
  • Have no more than 2 closed cases without seller resolution (or 0.3% of transactions)*
  • Have at least 100 transactions and USD $1,000 in sales over 12 months*
  • Comply with eBay selling practices
