An eBay Store provides sellers advanced options to grow sales and maximise profitability. Your own eBay Store creates a central shopping destination that’s exclusively for your products and can be customised to suit your brand.
An eBay Store is your very own shopfront on eBay.
You can easily create a visual, vibrant and true representation of your business and your brand. Creating an eBay Store can be completed in minutes using our templates system. All of your active listings are automatically imported. Then, it’s up to you how you organise your products. You can even create new and unique categories that differ to the main eBay category structure.
There are 3 different Store subscription levels to choose from; Basic, Featured and Anchor Stores.
We'll walk you through the process of setting up a store step-by-step in this video.
STEP 1 - SUBSCRIBE
Subscribe to an eBay Store package that best suits your business. You can select from Basic, Featured or Anchor Stores. Subscribe to an eBay Store here or visit My eBay > Account > Subscriptions > Subscribe to an eBay Store.
Note for New Zealand sellers: please check you are registering on the webpages with .au at the end of the URL. If not, you may be registering on the US site who charge higher fees for foreign sellers.

Once you’ve subscribed, it’s time to create and customise your Store
STEP 3 - PREVIEW

Use the following features to customise and build your Store.
1. Billboard image

2. Store description

3. Store logo
A graphic that symbolises what you sell or the qualities of your company.
4. Store categories

5. Featured item
Select listings you want to showcase on your main Store page. You can set your Store to feature listings that are ending soonest or are newly listed, or handpick the items you want to feature.
6. Sort order
Choose the default order for your listings to be displayed (e.g. "Time: ending soonest").
7. Store Search box
Allows buyers to easily search within your Store.
8. 'Save this seller' button
Buyers can save you to their shortlist to see items you're selling.
Throughout March and April 2019, a new 'Offer to buyers' feature in the Seller Hub will enable you send offers to specific buyers who are interested in your items. Buyers who receive the offer from you will be notified to take advantage of your offer while they can before the offer expires (valid for 48 hours), or the item is purchased by another buyer. We’re rolling out this feature to Seller Hub sellers in phases and we expect “Offer to buyers” to be available to all business sellers by April 2019.
To send an offer to buyers, go to your Active Listings page in Seller Hub. Select “Offer to buyers” and click “Eligible for offers.” After you send an offer, you’ll see “Offer sent” next to the listing. Be sure to view each page of your active listings to see all eligible listings.
Listing eligibility is determined by a number of factors, including age of listing, listing format, and rules that manage the number of offers buyers receive. We may expand the eligibility criteria over time.
The new Seller Hub feature helps create a better shopping experience, drive urgency, and ultimately increase conversion for you. We’re continually working to enhance this feature and our other Seller Hub features that can help you improve sales and target the right customers for you.
